Crockett filmed his scenes for "Where No Man Has Gone Before" on Wednesday 28 July 1965 at Desilu Culver Stage 16. He filmed his scenes for "The Trouble with Tribbles" on Wednesday 30 August 1967 and his scenes for "The Gamesters of Triskelion" on Monday 23 October 1967 , both at Desilu Stage 10. Crockett's last movie job was as stunt coordinator for the movie 10. He died during production – the film is dedicated to him.
