Donny Rottweiler is an antagonist in The Replacements. He is a professional bully who is much taller than Todd, but still attends his school. He is Buzz's mentor and Todd's other nemesis, he is feared because of his giant size and makes his last appearance in "A Tale of Two Rileys".
