Jamal Alhabi is the cousin of Amir, with whom he shares a cab and medallion. Jamal, as "Setup" sets off, has recently started his own moving company. Amir, although a hardworking cabbie now, was, back in the day, a Syrian nuclear physicist, and this tangled web of past and present makes him and Jamal extremely viable suspects in the bomb plot which Beckett and the team uncover. Jamal in particular is seen wheeling a large, heavy load out of a storage unit, a load which evidence suggests may well be a WMD, and he seems to have MMO where Amir's death is concerned.
