They're responsible for keeping the Quad and the paths clear and tidy, and the ornamental planters and such. So all the trash, twigs, and leaves are their responsibility, lawnmowing, snowblowing, less what the students with detention do. Anna helped them out in the fall; her little friends could clear the Quad in under fifteen minutes, gathering everything up into little piles all ready for clearing away. At Mr. Miyamoto's request they helped Anna uncover the burrows for her little friends so she could slide them home after they got their shots of HIT.
