Rising Dragoon is a stage in Street Fighter EX. Ryu is fought in this stage. The stage is inspired by the director where he imagined from how Shinji describe the song that suit for the stages. The location is said to be around Ganryujima Island. During the third round, the sky begins to rain. The EX Plus version has a rainbow in the background.
