A waft is a tiny creature appearing in Might and Magic: The Dreamwright and Might and Magic: The Shadowsmith. It was very small, commmunicated through singing, and lived in the Aulmad. They could change their shape, but their favorite form was as a tiny, blue-tailed lizard. When Pomponderant was traveling with Diligence's caravan, a waft entered his wagon one night, waking him up by landing on his nose. It delivered a message from his old friend and colleague Derbelderhed, about an old ruin in the Aulmad, and he left the caravan that same night.
