The House of Jorn was one of the Great Houses of the Klingon Empire. In the mid 24th century, an alliance was agreed to between the House of Jorn and the House of Varnak, which would be accomplished by having Vranx of the House of Jorn mate with Eral of the House of Varnak. This alliance collapsed when Eral became pregnant by one of her House's servants, thus dishonoring Vranx. (KE novel: A Burning House)
