It would seem that the patrons of Taverns, Inns, Coach Houses, and various other establishments where alcohol runs free and where plunging cleavage is a common sight in Lomasa Territory, have started to refer to Duchess Sahna Nillu as "The Banshee Queen". It is supposed that this title is an allusion to her past history with the Duke Norran Lomasa, although the exact reasoning behind the nickname, as well as where it originated from, devolves into the usual "heard it from a friend of a friend" yarn that doesn't really go anywhere.
