Haru was a merchant who traded at Ryoko Owari Toshi. He had an arrangement with a corrupt yoriki of the local magistrates. In 1172 he sold a building with an amplier cellar space and two levels. The woman who bought it initially did not wish to pay, and instead she expected to muder Haru, but the merchant managed to show himself as a valuable resource for the future.
