Paul Fets was a registered sex offender that lived in Farmington. Detective Dutch Wagenbach interogated him thoroughly and got Fets to confess, though it turned out later he was innocent of the rape in question. However, Dutch's interrogation brought back Fets thirst to rape, and he did revert to his criminal ways. He was caught and apprehended by Farmington PD.
