Derek Millar is Alex's, Ryan's and Decky's brother. His name is mentioned only once at the Episode The Trinity in a newspaper article about Alex's death. ("Alexandra is survived by her father Brendan and brothers Derek, Ryan and Declan.") We only see him in one scene in the Episode Sticks and Rope. Alex is watching her brothers in her old house to say goodbye to them.
