This allows this technique to decimate most defenses, as well as critically damage nearly all opponents. While this technique is usually conjured around the two users, Nōsei and Ōzume have demonstrated that it can be performed as simple a lightning enhanced version of Wind Release: Cyclone Technique, reducing its area of destruction, but allowing them to direct an electrified cyclone towards specific targets.
