"Put One Foot in Front of the Other" is a song from the Sesame Street pledge-drive special, Big Bird's Birthday or Let Me Eat Cake. Big Bird and the cast sing to Snuffy help him get his feet onto the skating rink and skate. At the end of the song, he is able to skate around the rink. He falls down (as he had predicted), but he turns out fine.
