Jaltham Siltwater is the son of Keltan Siltwater and Susan Weaver, and had begun to make a name for himself trading his services along the banks of the Lightholder River. Small wharfs and boat builders might be somewhat familiar with the name- Siltwaters have been watermen for generations. Jaltham is now in the service to he Duke Orell Mikin, Imperial Trade Minister. Jaltham Siltwater is also the caretaker of a small fish-shop on the shores outside of the Lightholder Crossing. In its off hours, it serves as barrack for the watermen that serve under Jaltham's guideance.
