Jackson Chicherin was a Mesan citizen and politician. He was an Alpha-line genetically enhanced human, whose family had been part of the Mesan Alignment for generations, and hated Manpower Incorporated and the institution of genetic slavery. In 1922 PD, he served as Vice President of Research and Development for the Mesan Genetic Consultancy and was a member of Mesa's General Board. (CS3)
