Greer Garson (September 29, 1904 - April 6, 1996) was a British actress who lived on Earth during the 20th century. Garson was particularly popular during World War II. Her best known films included Goodbye, Mr. Chips, Madame Curie, Mrs. Miniver and Random Harvest. Lynn Dickinson, a 20th century resident of Hayden, South Carolina, was a great admirer of Garson's work.
