Mainyu was born as the child of Belphegor (prior to becoming a demon) and a currently unknown oumeth on the Proto Planet. Mainyu naturally excelled in voidic magic, having taken after their parent, Belphegor. Because of this, it sought to utilize its abilities in order to "be proficient in a profitable profession", "preferably one that [didn't] require strenuous efforts".
