Rubin worked with Petre for Christina Scofield and did met Mahone, T-Bag and Self. When Lincoln Burrows' gang realised that it was a trap, they acted like they were interested in the church and thus discovered a card and a lot of weapons. T-Bag had captured him, but Petre was smart enough to take Mahone's gun and Rubin captured T-Bag's gun. However, when they attempted to kill T-Bag and Mahone, Self shot Rubin dead, while Petre was killed by Mahone.
