File:Quake3.png Tier 0 - Introduction is the starting area for all new Quake 3 Arena gladiators. The tier consists of a single map intended to familiarize the player with the game's controls and pace. The only opponent here is the relatively weak Crash. Once she is defeated, the new gladiator will be admitted into the Arena Eternal as a Trainee.
