It is carried by Boxley's Books in the Goblin Market of Chicago, where Alexandra Quick attempted to buy a copy of the book before Gwendolyn Adams made her return it. Under the less-watchful eye of Vance Wilson, Alex managed to purchase the book on her trip to the Market in the summer of 2008.
