The Red X8 keycard is a quest item in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat. It can be obtained by starting the quest One Shot, killing Serbin and looting his body for the keycard. This item opens a small storage room within Lab X-8 which contains various weapons and supplies.
