Jose Luis Ferrer was born some time in 2360's near the border between Tarekha in Davostan and Lagard in Hutori. Little is known of his early years but from his 20's onwards he has been involved in numerous armed struggles throughout Terra. Through several decades of conflict he has fought alongside anarchist, communists, socialists, Zapatistas, Islamists and numerous other movements. He has been especially active in wars against fascist opponents.
