Unique Upgrades are customisation parts that offer higher Star Rating increases than regular visual upgrades or improve vehicle performance that can be stacked with any regular performance upgrade. Players will unlock a unique part after completing a certain number of Outruns and beating the corresponding Time Trial event. Unlocking an upgrade only makes it available for the vehicle the player has completed the event with. However, all unique visual upgrades will be unlocked once the player has completed the career mode.
