Vassar College is a private liberal arts college located in New York. Lucy Giles was a second-year student at Vassar in 1936, when she and her father Busby Giles arranged for her to transfer to Marshall College, in order for her to join the Archaeology 223 expedition, led by Indiana Jones, to the Hopi caves in Arizona where her father was secretly building a criminal hideout.
