Attempted Attack on the Armed Forces Football Game was an incident that occurred in November 2011 in which Thomas Pierce, a Homeland Security agent attempted to assassinate a group of military personnel at the Armed Forces Football Game. The attack was averted by members of the main NCIS Major Case Response Team with assistance from FBI Special Agent Tobias Fornell.
