Voo's Juicer is a Legendary ceremonial knife in Diablo III. It requires character level 50 to drop. In patch 2.4, it replaced Kill dagger. The unique affix does not change the Elemental Damage type from the manually selected rune, effectively giving Life and Mana for hitting an enemy with a Spirit Barrage in addition to any other skill rune. It also has 5 Primary affixes.
