Spot is a firedog who appeared in the Muppet special Dog City (aired as part of The Jim Henson Hour episode 104). The dalmatian represents the Dog City Fire Department and takes a call when Ace Yu reports a conflagration at the Dog House: "Fire! Fire!" Spot's response is succinct: "Water! Water!"
