Tharval Sheraan was a 23rd century Andorian man (by gender, either a chan or thaan). Sheraan was a career Starfleet officer, and by the 2280s he had achieved officer rank as an ensign in the security department aboard the USS Niwen. Sheraan was trained as a skilled security officer, with high marks for his skills at marksmanship, security procedures and unarmed personal combat.
