Candace Lishman is the mother of Jimmy Lishman and the ex-wife of Ned Lishman. She is first introduced when Debbie discovers she sent Jimmy/Steve a suggestive text. Debbie takes it upon herself to investigate. She discovers Candace is actually Jimmy's mother who lives on the Northside and has absolutely no idea what Jimmy is actually up to. She is the ex-wife of Ned Lishman who she divorces once she discovers he is bisexual. She is last seen in season 3, when Ian and Mickey break into her house at the request of Ned. Candace discovers Mickey trying to make off with a clock and shoots him in the rear.
