Ret. Lt. Gen. Shmil Kengljy (3748-3830) is a Jelbek politician who served as President of Jelbania (3823-29). He had previously served in a variety of government posts, as Wrntusrljikai (3808-3816), Director-General of the Secret Department (Jelbania) (3704-3708), Vice-Wrntusrljikai and Defence Minister (3785-3804) Prior to that he served as Captain General of the Mrthotrmojad (3778-85) and in the Great Jelbek Horde (3764-78)
