Letha Wedge is one of the main antagonists in Return from Witch Mountain. She's a bankrupt woman, using the last of her money on the experiments of Dr. Victor Gannon. They found Tony when they saw Tony using his powers to save Sickle from falling to his death. So they decided to kidnap him and use him for their schemes.
