Mr. B The Gentleman Rhymer is one of the two leading Chap Hop artists. His costumes are British interwar era clothing from the 1930's and early 1940's. His sole connection to Steampunk is that he is allegedly in a feud with a Professor Elemental, whose dress and chap hop both date from the nineteenth century.
