Arising from the fallen Dhakaani Empire were the Ghaal'dar. They are an alliance of tribes from the scattered remains of the old empire. Most of the lore and history of the Dhakaani Empire has been lost. This is a new alliance with their own rules and traditions forged from years of survival since the fall.
