Ralgha was the pet cat of Kusobaba d'Arioc and lived with her in the port town of Orus in Verdane in the Second Age. He was feisty and often clashed with his mistress. Ralgha accompanied Kusobaba during the Grand Alliance's adventures in the Arawn Losstarot War.
