When it comes to Shelby's skill points, he has maximized the charisma skill, and is well on the way towards maximizing the cooking and creativity skills. He is mostly interested in Environment, Travel, and Work. Shelby has the same facial structure as Brian Seavey. He can easily be cloned in Create a Sim with debugging mode on. Shelby's turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that he has no turn ons/offs.
