Cordell Hull (October 2, 1871 - July 23, 1955) was the 15th Vice President of the Confederate States of America and the 15th President of the Confederate States of America . Hull was the first president to be elected after the Great World War. As a former Secretary-of-State under President Long and Vice President under John N. Garner during the Great War, Hull's foreign policy experience helped him win a landslide victory in the 1945 Confederate Presidential election.
