After the Ghostly Trio scared a family on a subway train, Casper asked why do they have to scare, so they told Casper and his cousin Spooky a story of a power hungry corrupted politician name Willem George Volbragg who attempted to rule over New Amsterdam which is now New York, but was executed by the Townsfolk and became a wicked entity that wants to rule Spookytown, but was buried in a box and the ghosts must continued to scare in order of the monstrous Volbragg to be contained. Casper left and went on exploring Spooky town their he meets with Wendy whom he shares a lot in common with and with Hot Stuff who was the mischievous of the the three, and they all became great friends.
