This is an item dropped by Stinkbirds in Hatchwood Wilds during the quest "Meelie's Mom" (CM0004). You have to collect 5 of this item for Lucas Hardy as a cure for Captain Meelie's mom. During this quest the Stinkbirds spawn in more places than usual in Hatchwood Wilds. This quest rewards the player with a Sprocket and a "Airship in a bottle", a furniture accessory.
