The 1970.Treaty of Tlatelolco or Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean is singed by all Latin American nations, the Peronist rebels and all Caribbean nations in, Mexico City. It bans nuclear weapons in the region. Texas, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgian and Rhurish Germany joined a year later.
