Emperor Pilaf (who was MIA throughout all of DBZ) showed up at the lookout when Goku was training Uub. He obtained what was called the Black Dragon Balls. When the dragon was summoned from those Dragon Balls, Pilaf accidentally wished Goku was a kid again in a angry rant when he saw Goku again.
