Hamaya (Ceremonial Arrow Used to Drive Off Evil, 破魔矢) is a shinobi from Getsugakure, and one of the few rare users of Flora Release, the Kekkei Tōta. He is an adept ninja master, who serves as the second in command of Gengetsu, the police force of the Moon.
