Red highlights the accessible sections of road; purple highlights the inaccessible sections of road and yellow highlight the exits. Both ends of the tunnel are blocked by a physical barrier; one after the Little Italy exit (going east) and one after the Downtown Rockport exit (going west). A sign above the west barrier indicates that it will be eventually linked with Downtown Palmont (Kempton) whilst signs situated on the tunnel's exits indicate that both ends will eventually link Lower Rockport West Side and Lower Rockport East Side.
