The United Federation of Arathian Republics, originally known as the Arathian Republic or simply UFAR, was a pre-Cruentusian government that ruled over the Outer Rim, Mid Rim, and Inner Rim. The Federation was ruled by one emperor, two prime ministers, and a council of elders. The laws were enforced by the Riotan Police.
