Holo decoys are a technology repurposed by the Terran Dominion from Umojan Protectorate prototype communications technology. They create a hologram of the user, convincing in appearance and able to damage targets but far from being solid matter. Though they cannot comprise an entire army, they function quite well as reinforcements.
