The Lancer Assault Rifle is the workhorse of the COG Army, being in service for 50 years. The Lancer has seen action in both the Pendulum Wars and the Locust-Human War. Its power is equivalent to the Metal Slug Heavy Machine Gun, however with a slower fire rate, and unlike the original there is no melee chainsaw attack. Currently only present in the Battle for Sera stage.
