Confrontation Between Gibbs, McGee, DEA Agent Luis "Mitch" Mitchell and Roy Evans is a confrontation that took place in September 2015 in which NCIS Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Timothy McGee as well as DEA Agent Luis "Mitch" Mitchell confronted Roy Evans. The confrontation ended with McGee shooting Evans in self-defense with Evans later succumbing to his wounds during surgery.
