Perfume is an item in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town, which only functions as a gift you can give to the girl you like to raise their heart level. You can only obtain the perfume by exchanging it for 150 medals at the Horse Race (Fall or Spring). It will only appear in the prize list after you obtain the Power Berry for 900 medals.
