Opened in 1999, Seuss Landing is part of the Universal Islands of Adventure theme park located in Orlando Florida. Seuss Landing was designed more for small children and their families. Containing attractions, shopping, restaurants, and costumed characters, it is one six "islands" within the heavily-themed Islands of Adventure. The design of the island is very much based on the Illustrations of Dr. Seuss. Straight lines are few and far between, and Palm trees (curved from Hurricane Andrew) add to the effect.
