Professor Snuggles & Mrs. Wubsy Tubsy are one-appearance only characters who appear only in Operation: P.L.A.N.E.T. They are a parody of the Planet of the Apes characters, Cornelius and Zira, apes who help the main human characters escape back to Earth, which the episode is a parody of Planet of the Apes itself. They are alive Rainbow Monkey animatronics (simply, robots). Soon, in the end, it was revealed that all the Rainbow Monkeys were robot animatronics, and Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 were always on Earth all the time. Professor Snuggles & Mrs. Wubsy Tubsy also are revealed as robots.
