Buppler was a weasel in the crew of Razzid Wearat. When the Greenshroud got stuck in the marsh while chasing Uggo Wiltud and Posybud, he suggested that they lever the ship out of the marsh with spears. Unfortunately, he tripped and fell in front of the ship as it was pulled out of the swamp, and had his spine broken by the wheels. A searat friend of his expressed regret about simply leaving him behind. Razzid Wearat asked who he was at the first mention of his name, implying he had little or no care for his crew. Other than this, Buppler was a minor character, so little else is known.
